Hebei JinYueLai Pharmaceutical Glass Co., Ltd. is a new type business registered in 2013 with a registered capital of RMB 13.1 million. Fixed asset investment in the project totals nearly RMB 100 million.
The project covers an area of 120 mu, owns a total construction area reaching 33,648 square meters, and has 310 employees currently, including 25 intermediate and senior engineering, technology and management personnel, 56 professional technicians as well as a number of professional workers.
Presently, we can produce 26,000 tons of low borosilicate medicinal glass tubes, and the number will gradually reach 40,000 tons; also nearly 400 million different specifications of vials, ampoule and oral liquid bottles, and the number will gradually reach 1,100 million.
We now have two 52㎡ kilns, eight advanced process tube drawing production lines, 50 vial bottle-making machines and five ampoule machines with each belonging to one specification (plan to complete the operation of the third kiln in two years; and the bottle-making machines will amount to 100). Moreover, we have purchased a complete set of advanced low borosilicate medicinal glass tube and medicinal tube-type bottle inspection instruments and built a center testing room. Thanks to a high degree of automation in the process production line, state-of-the-art devices, raw materials purchased from fixed well-known manufactories, as well as borax imported from the USA with stable physical and chemical properties, our product quality has reached the leading level in the industry.
With the implementation of the 2010 edition of GMP, pharmaceutical production enterprises have put forward higher requirements on the medicine packing material production and quality control of pharmaceutical packing material production enterprises. We will center on stabilizing product quality, accumulating professional technologies and cultivating a professional team when producing all our medicinal glass products, gradually improve medicinal glass tube and tube-type bottle product variety, optimize the product structure, and create the core competition advantages of Hebei JinYueLai Glass Co., Ltd. with standard production, stable product quality and a complete medicinal glass industrial chain (integrating kiln, tube drawing and bottle making). We will also build a medicine packing material production and demonstration base in China, become China’s first-class medicinal glass packing material supplier, join hands with large pharmaceutical groups and sell our products around China as well as in many other Asian countries.
